Description
ConductScience offers the Mini Samples ELISA Kit for Hyaluronic Acid. Our Elisa products are perfect for the analysis of biological fluids, including Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids.
Sensitivity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for the detection of Mini Samples Hyaluronic Acid (HA).
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mini Samples Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and analogs was observed.
Recovery
Matrices listed below were spiked with a certain level of Mini Samples Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and the recovery rates were calculated by comparing the measured value to the expected amount of Mini Samples Hyaluronic Acid (HA) in samples
Stability
The stability of the kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures, and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, and incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
